Who we are

RisingTraders is operated by Mortex LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using RisingTraders you enter into a binding agreement with Mortex LLC on the terms set out below.

Educational simulator only

RisingTraders is an educational tool. Every "trade" you place uses virtual money on simulated, relabeled price data. No real money is ever at risk on this platform, and no real orders are sent to any market or broker.

Nothing in the app - including scenarios, grades, coach feedback, lessons, or marketing - is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a guarantee of future trading results. Practice performance is not predictive of real-money performance. Trading real markets carries substantial risk including the loss of all capital.

Who can use it

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. We never store plaintext passwords; reset links go to the email on file.

One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted and may result in suspension.

Subscription, billing, and cancellation

Free access is limited to onboarding and the guided first trade. Pro unlocks the app and is sold as a monthly or annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed via Stripe to Mortex LLC.

Your card or bank statement will show the charge under Mortex LLC's billing descriptor (not necessarily the word "RisingTraders"), since Mortex LLC operates multiple products under a single merchant account. This is normal and not a fraudulent charge.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via Settings → Membership → Manage, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Pro is billed immediately at checkout - $9.99/month, $79.99/year, or $249 one-time for lifetime access - charged right away with no free trial period. Lifetime access is a single non-recurring charge that never renews.

Prices are listed in USD and may change. Existing subscribers are notified before any price change takes effect on their plan.

Refunds - 7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Pro, email risingtraders93@gmail.com within 7 days of your first paid charge and we will issue a full refund of that first charge, no questions asked. One refund per customer.

After the 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges, but Mortex LLC does not issue partial or prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

Chargebacks: if you have an issue with a charge, please email us first - we resolve nearly all of them within a business day. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break the simulator (scraping, automated abuse, attempting to extract paid content for redistribution). Don't impersonate others or use the service to harass anyone. Don't use the service if your jurisdiction prohibits trading simulators or educational financial software.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse refunds, chargeback fraudulently, or pose a security risk.

Intellectual property

All scenarios, lessons, code, copy, charts, and brand assets are owned by Mortex LLC or our licensors. You may use the service for your own personal education. You may not copy, redistribute, or build derivative products from the content without written permission.

Screenshots of your own performance (grades, equity curves, certificates) are yours to share freely.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that scenarios accurately predict any real market, that grades are absolute measures of skill, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not a registered investment adviser, broker, or financial planner. We do not provide individualized financial advice. Consult a licensed professional before making real investment decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mortex LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including (but not limited to) trading losses you incur in real markets.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app and via email to registered users. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
